Ruby Jackson

Gate 1&2
September 3rd – 2016
From 6:00 – 9:00 PM
Ruby’s work deals with the innate physicality of ceramics and explores the relationship present between one’s body and such physical forms. She views this collection of work as an exploration of personal archaeology, dealing especially with the female body. She received her BFA from Bard College in 2016, where she focused on ceramics and mixed media sculptural work. Ruby is a recent recipient of the MASS MoCA Assets for Artists Matched Savings Grant Program.’
