Ben Ferber (playwright/curator, performer) is a director/writer/dramaturg/designer/performer. He apologizes for the confusion. His tech thriller For the Lulz headlined Portland Stage Company’s inaugural Studio Rep series in 2013 and his video game play Let’s Play Play will premiere at the FRIGID festival this coming February. He co-curated and directed Cape May Stage’s 2013 Danger! reading series. His other plays include Shut Down, Everything Seems So Plausible at 1 a.m.!, and Well, That Escalated Quickly, which have been produced by his company PowerOut, Fop! Theater, and more. With Donald McEwan he co-wrote five seasons of Twyzzlers for Everyone Forever presents: Death Spares Not the Tiger, an epic radio drama for WOBC 91.5. He is directing Nora Sørena Casey’s play Not Afraid which premieres at UNDER St. Mark’s this October 19 through November 4, which you should also check out. Kasey Lee Huizinga is a Brooklyn born and raised actor, singer, and dancer. She is studying acting at the Maggie Flanigan Studio. You can see her perform around the city with her two bands Jet Jaguar and Ladies and Gentlemen. Since middle school, fanfiction has and continues to be a huge part of her life.
Blaze Ferrer (director) is a Brooklyn-based performance maker. He has directed and choreographed pieces in Theater For The New City’s Dream Up Festival, The Circle Theater of New York, AUNTS, Exquisite Corpse Company, Fresh Ground Pepper, and Pencil Productions. He has stage managed and assisted on projects at Prelude, Target Margin Theater, New Dramatists, iRT Theater, The Paradise Factory, NYCFringe, The New Group, and the Oberlin Summer Theater Festival.
